Your first session is a full medical consultation. We review your labs, assess your metabolism, and build a plan around your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. No guesswork. No generic diets.
Your plan may include

What to expect
Each consultation takes 30 to 45 minutes. The consultation fee is applied to your treatment plan if you proceed. Your plan is fully personalised — no two plans are the same.
