Shipping policy

We offer reliable delivery throughout Ghana, with same-day service available in selected areas of Accra. Delivery options shown at checkout depend on your order value, location, and payment method.

Accra standard delivery

Standard delivery takes approximately 1–2 business days.

Prepaying helps us process and dispatch your order more quickly while allowing you to benefit from our lowest delivery rates.

Same-day delivery

Same-day delivery is available within the Accra Metropolis for GH₵70.

Orders must be placed and payment confirmed before 2:00 p.m. on a business day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next business day.

Same-day delivery may be unavailable during weekends, public holidays, severe weather, unusually high order volumes, or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery outside Accra

Orders outside Accra generally arrive within 2–3 business days, although some locations may take longer.

These orders must be prepaid by mobile money, card, or bank transfer. Delivery charges are based on the destination and will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before dispatch. Same-day delivery is not available outside Accra.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping fees and estimated delivery times depend on the destination, package size, and weight and will be confirmed at checkout or before dispatch.

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other destination-country fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Order processing and delivery

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates begin once payment has been confirmed and the order is ready for dispatch.

Please provide a complete delivery address and a working telephone number. Someone must be available to receive the order. If the courier cannot complete delivery because the recipient is unavailable or the address or telephone number provided is incorrect, an additional delivery fee may apply to a new attempt.

If we or our courier cause the failed delivery, no additional redelivery fee will be charged.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available only for eligible locations and orders. We may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Seraphim requires prepayment for customized products, high-value orders, orders outside Accra, or customers with previous uncollected deliveries.

Delays and assistance

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
