Digital & Creative Coordinator Beauty Therapist & AestheticianOpen roles
About the role
We need one person to own the digital and creative work across Seraphim Beauty and Tiabele, our lifestyle and fashion brand. You will work directly with our Operations Director. This is a doing role — not a planning role.
Website & e-commerce
- Maintain and update Shopify stores for both brands
- Update product listings, collections, prices, and descriptions
- Fix theme issues, broken links, and navigation problems
- Build simple landing pages and make front-end changes
- Implement SEO updates and monitor basic performance
- Set up discount codes, automations, and campaigns
SMS & email marketing
- Build and send SMS campaigns to our customer database
- Set up and send email newsletters and promotions
- Manage lists, segments, and scheduling
- Track open rates and clicks and report back simply
Graphic design
- Create graphics for products, services, promotions, and campaigns
- Design social media assets, banners, and flyers
- Keep visuals consistent with each brand's identity
- Support basic presentation and document design when needed
Social media support
- Collaborate with the Operations team on content
- Edit photos and short videos for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Write or clean up captions in plain, clear English
- Schedule and post content
- You will not be expected to create all content from scratch — but you must be able to edit, improve, and finish what the team produces
Photography (nice to have)
- Product and in-store photography for both brands
- Basic editing and preparation of images for web use
- If you shoot, great. If not, strong editing skills are still required
Coding & technical
- Make front-end changes to Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, and basic Liquid
- Troubleshoot and fix small technical issues independently
- Implement tracking pixels, integrations, and third-party apps
What we are looking for
You finish things. You do not disappear when something is hard. You take a task, figure it out, and deliver — without needing to be chased.
Required
- 2+ years of Shopify experience — hands-on, not just browsing
- Strong graphic design skills — portfolio required
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with SMS or email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Solid HTML and CSS knowledge
- Photo and video editing skills
- Excellent written English
- Reliable internet and ability to communicate clearly and promptly
Strongly preferred
- Experience with Shopify Liquid
- Product or lifestyle photography experience
- Experience working with a beauty, fashion, or wellness brand
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, or similar)

We are looking for a skilled, professional beauty therapist to join the Seraphim team. Your core work will be waxing, brows, lashes, and facials — delivered to the high standard our clients expect. If you also have clinical aesthetic skills or product knowledge, that is a strong advantage and opens the door to a wider scope of work at our medspa.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role in our East Legon studio. You will work alongside our physician-led aesthetic team in a clean, professional clinical environment.
What you will do
- Deliver waxing, brow shaping, lash services, and facials to a high standard
- Consult with clients on their skin and beauty needs
- Recommend products from our curated range when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment at all times
- Work collaboratively with the medical aesthetics team
- Contribute to the warm, expert atmosphere Seraphim is known for
Required
- Certified beauty therapist — formal training in beauty therapy or aesthetics
- Proven experience in waxing, brows, lash services, and facials
- Strong client communication and professionalism
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
Strongly preferred
- Experience with clinical aesthetic treatments or medspa environment
- Skincare product knowledge — ability to advise clients confidently
- Experience working with diverse skin types including melanin-rich skin
